If you need to change or cancel your watch order, please call 1.800.523.0124 within 24 hours of order placement to speak with a customer service representative about your order.

Changes and cancellations are not allowed after 24 hours. Our regular business hours are 8am - 5pm CST, Monday through Friday.

To return your order for refund or replacement

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call 1.800.523.0124 so that we may assist you with the return or replacement of your order. Our regular business hours are 7am - 7pm CST, Monday through Friday.
